Quest Part 5 = Complete any 3 Events (Career, Hobby, Relationship/family etc)
Quest Part 6 = Plan out Winterfest Home Decorations (tap on a table to complete) needs 5 energy
Quest Part 7 = Earn 650 Simoleons (Complete any event to earn 650 simoleons)
Quest Part 8 = Complete the Cafe Caroling Event (tap on a sofa/lounge complete 7 + hour event at cafe
Quest Part 9 = Earn 3 Stars at a PARTY (Attend a party event and earn 3 full stars to complete)
Quest Part 10 = Complete the "Winterfest Fashion" Event = (tap on a sofa or love seat takes you to the fashion studio ( 8 Hrs long)

Quest Part 18 - Complete the " Winterfest Fashion" Event (7h 59 mins to complete)
Quest Part 19 = Winterfest Dance with 3 Sims - requires 5 energy per sim (tap on any sim)
Quest Part 20= Complete LiamaZoom Task
Quest Part 21= Give a Winterfest Spirit Hug to 5 Sims - Needs 3 energy per hug
Quest Part 22= Complete the Cafe Caroling Event - 7hrs 59minutes to complete
Quest Part 23 = Chug eggnog at the Fridge - Click on fridge to complete - needs 5 energy
Quest Part 24 = Complete LiamaZoom Tasks
Quest Part 25 = Earn 650 Simoleons (Earn total 650 Simoleons doing any career/hobby/relationship events)
Quest Part 26= Complete the "Winterfest Fashion" Event (tap on sofa 7 hrs 59 minutes)

And that Concludes this Event
By the time it is completed you should have all color boxes ticked for each of the 3 decorations.
